Nicaragua, Costa Rica’s northern neighbor, is increasingly popular with tourists. This day trip will allow you to see another Central American country while on your Costa Rica vacation and introduce you to some of Nicaragua’s beauty and history.

You’ll see breathtaking scenery, including beautiful mountain ranges and lakes, as we travel through portions of Nicaragua. We’ll also be stopping at the Masaya Volcano Park, which you are sure to enjoy!

Visits to the two fastest growing cities in Nicaragua will let you see another side of Nicaragua. Our first stop will be Grenada, the oldest colonial city in the Americas. Next, we’ll stop and enjoy lunch in a beautifully decorated restaurant in the city of Masaya. In both cities, you will have the opportunity to walk around and explore the markets before we head back to Costa Rica in the late afternoon.

Tour includes:
Fully insured, comfortable, air conditioned transportation, a tri-lingual (English, French, and Spanish), native tour guide, tour of Nicaragua, admission to the volcano park, and lunch. Cost is $120 per person, 6 person minimum.

Comfortable walking shoes, camera, sunscreen, insect repellant, and your passport!! You will not be able to enter Nicaragua without it!
